The Ford Escort is possibly the most iconic rally car of all time. It started with the Ford Escort Mk1 back when everything was black and white. The Mk1 evolved into the Mk2 and then the layout changed to front-wheel drive before Ford saw sense and developed a four-wheel drive fire breathing World Rally Car version of the Ford Escort.

We’ve been involved with some interesting projects recently. We think it is only polite for us to share what it takes to produce rally winning historic rally cars and modern Group N and World Rally Cars. To that end we will be updating our website with galleries and details of the projects.

Ramsport are now able to offer a huge range of polyurethane bushes from Super Pro Polyurethane Bushes. We have bushes available for 100’s of different models of vehicle and we also offer a full fitting service (not included in the price of the bushes) at our workshop in North Wales.

We’ve added a selection of new carbon parts to Ramsport online shop. The latest additions are mainly for the Subaru Impreza and will fit any car from 2007 onward.
The range includes; a carbon fibre or fibreglass bonnet, a carbon fibre or fibreglass hatch, carbon fibre or fibreglass front wings, carbon fibre rear wing (S15 style) and a carbon fibre rear hatch spoiler.

Svein Frustol won Logitrans Rally Stavanger 2011 overall, the highly prestige’s tarmac rally on the west coast of Norway, nicknamed “Norway most important Rally”
Last years winner was the WRC driver Mads Ostberg.

Following its inception earlier this year and the success it achieved so far, Rallye Sunseeker International are delighted that the Richard Burns Trophy and £1000 prize will continue for 2011.
Put together with the backing of some of Richards close associates and the Richard Burns Foundation, it was won this year by Dave Weston Jnr following his superb drive on Rallye Sunseeker back in February.
