Our brand, Ramsport Engineering, is synonymous with motorsport success. Today we offer a full range of services for both veteran and novice motorsport participants, including bespoke rally and race car builds, classic motorsport restorations and conversions, and partial work such as roll-cage implementation, engine work or wiring.

We have decades of experience of building, preparing and providing on event support for customers with classic, historic and modern rally cars. We pride ourselves on providing a level of service that would not be out of place on a World Rally Championship event, even if our customer is competing on a national rally.

Historic rally car building and restoration

With such a strong pedigree and successful history in building stage and championship winning rally cars; few can hope to rival the levels of expertise that we at ramsport can offer to the most serious and discerning would-be or veteran Historic Rallying competitor. With a large portfolio of existing customers regularly fielding ramsport-built cars in a wide range of classes in both the UK and abroad; you do not need to look far to witness a ramsport car demonstrating its competitive edge.

Our past projects testify to our ability to cater to and satisfy all manner of unique, unconventional and challenging requirements. Through our dedicated consultation process, we work closely with our customers throughout the full duration of a project to ensure that the vehicle that we produce is perfectly suited to their requirements as well as the demands and restrictions of its intended application.

Classic and vintage endurance rallying

One of the most physically and technically challenging, but also rewarding forms of classic motorsport is the sport of classic endurance rallying. With event durations lasting days, weeks and even months, involving routes covering potentially thousands of miles and multiple countries.

These events famously test the stamina of both car and crew beyond any other. Ask anyone who has completed such an event before though; they will tell you there is no more rewarding or memorable experience to be had on four wheels!

Naturally, taking on such a challenge demands a reliable and well-prepared vehicle. Though outright performance is a relatively low priority for these events, there are a great many other areas which, if not considered properly, can have an enormous impact on your enjoyment, your progress, and even your chances of finishing at all!
